GENERAL BOOTH QUESTIONS
Booth amenities: You can supply your own booth items, but DIAMOND RENTAL is an excellent supplier. They supply everything except for internet connections. Many commonly ordered items include draped tables, chairs, carpet and electricity. Click here to download an Exhibitor Packet from Diamond. Wireless internet is provided free thanks to the UCCU Center and Utah Valley Expos. Details are available at set-up day.
Booth design rules: We are fortunate in our state to not have a lot of set-up and design regulations. All booth amenities must be within the alotted space (nothing in the isles) unless pre-approved. Anything deemed unsafe in the opinion of the expo organizer (such as tipping hazards) will be required to change. The provided drape rods will support normal banners but in general are not to be used as booth support. Helium balloons are allowed only if securely attached to your own booth. Please do not pass out balloons to visitors.
Set up day: Thursday, March 22nd, anytime between 8 a.m. & 8 p.m. We stongly encourage all to finish set-up on that day, as the main loading dock area won't be available on Friday. Check in at the desk near the loading dock (north end) for exhibitor badges, etc. Loading and unloading only in the back lot. During expo, please park in any of the main lots North of the UCCU Center.
Take down: Anytime after 8 p.m. (to 11 p.m.) on Saturday. No early take downs please.
TICKETS AND PASSES
Each exhibitor will receive a minimum of 25 general Expo tickets. More are available for free upon request. You may also have custom tickets made for your company. You can order 500 to 20,000 tickets for between $150 - $600 dollars. Custom tickets are not available after March 25th. There is also an e-mailable ticket option.
CUSTOM TICKETS FOR REALTORS
UV Expos enjoys it's relationship with the Utah County Association of REALTORS. Custom tickets which promote individual REALTORS on the ticket backs can be purchased by members of UCAR for a nominal price ($25 to $50). REALTORS can design their own ticket or we can help create a great ticket for you. Please click here for the flyer containing more information. DOOR PRIZES
We welcome giveaways from all exhibitors wishing to do so with just a few guidelines. This is a good opportunity for a little added promotion at the show. Minimum price of the giveaway must be $200. Limit one giveaway per day. The Expo guide that will be handed out at the front door will include a list of all companies and thier prizes. We will also do an overhead announcement for you about the giveaway. If you'd like to participate please contact Roxanne (801.361.8382) by Monday, April 4th.
EXPO MARKETING
Expo marketing includes a media-wide campain again this year. Included is KSL-TV, I-15 billboards, I-15 poster boards and city billboards, Utah Valley Magazine, The Daily Herald newspaper, retail ticket distribution points, independent ticket mailings and a hand delivered ticket route to the county's main retail centers. Advertising kudos also need to go out to the county's awesome REALTORS who annually pass out over 100,000 tickets.

RATES
Booth space is available by contacting Utah Valley Expos LLC at 801.822.1333. Booths are 10' x 10' and generally run $699. The Utah Valley Home Expos are the top shows in the state at connecting businesses with people who love thier homes.
