EXPO SUPPLIER

You can supply your own booth with items such as table and chairs if you wish, but DIAMOND RENTAL is an excellent supplier for almost any of your booth needs. Many commonly ordered items include draped tables, chairs, carpet and electricity. Click here to download an Exhibitor Packet from Diamond. BOOTH RULES

1. Your booth space is simply the 10' x 10' space with pipe and drape around (8' high back and 3' high sides). You may bring your own booth supplies such as table and chairs or they can be rented from Diamond Rental at 801.222.9311. Electrical is through Diamond as well and usually goes for about $85. The provided drape rods will support normal banners but in general are not to be used as booth support.
2. Everything must be inside the booth. Nothing in the isles, including rugs. This is a fire marshal thing.
3. There is not really a maximum height requirement, but booths will be inspected by the marshal and must be deemed safe (no tipping hazards, etc).
4. Canopies are okay.
5. Side walls may not extend more than half way to the front of the booth. This is to keep visibility open to everyone's booth as people walk down the isles. Double end cap booths may have a full back wall.
6. Balloons may be used to decorate your booth if they are secured well, but please do NOT hand out balloons.
7. Please do NOT hand out popcorn. Sorry about this one. We've tried it for years because we love popcorn, but it is an unavoidable mess.

SET-UP AND TAKE-DOWN

Set up day: Thursday, September 6th, anytime between 8 a.m. & 8 p.m. We strongly encourage all to finish set-up on that day, as the main loading dock area won't be available on Friday. Check in at the desk near the loading dock (north end) for exhibitor badges, internet passwords, etc. Loading and unloading only in the back lot. During expo, please park in any of the north main lots. Trailers are okay in these north lots overnight.

Take down: Anytime after 8 p.m. (to 11 p.m.) on Saturday. No early take downs please. The UCCU Center is not available on Sundays.

INTERNET

High-speed wireless internet provided free of charge compliments of Utah Valley Expos. Just ask for our Expo login and password at check-in.

TICKETS AND PASSES

Each exhibitor will receive general admission tickets. You will also have the option to have custom e-mailable tickets made for you to send out. You can also have custom tickets printed for your company. You can order up to 500 custom tickets for $100 dollars. Custom tickets are not available after August 26th.

DOOR PRIZES

We welcome giveaways from all exhibitors wishing to do so. This is a good opportunity for a little added promotion at the show. You may do basically any giveaway you'd like from your own booth, but if you would like us to help you promote it the minimum price of the giveaway must be $100. Limit one major giveaway per day. The Expo guide that will be handed out at the front door will include a list of all companies and thier prizes. We will do an overhead announcement about the giveaway. If you'd like to participate please contact Roxanne (801.368.7118).

EXPO MARKETING

For the women's expo we do extensive marketing across the Wasatch front. It is a media-wide campaign usually including KUTV-TV, Studio 5, Good Things Utah, Wasatch-wide Hometown Values Magazine, I-15 billboards, I-15 poster boards and city billboards, UV Magazine, The Daily Herald newspaper, retail ticket distribution points, independent ticket mailings, women's group e-mail campaigns and county-wide ticket distribution through local school districts. Proceeds from PTA tickets go back to our local elementary school PTA's.

RATES

Booth space is available by contacting Utah Valley Expos at 801.822.1333. Booths are 10' x 10' and generally run $699. Utah Valley Expos is the #1 expo company in the state at connecting great businesses with great people.
